With over 800 miles of trails in the Smoky Mountains, finding a great spot on a hike, shouldn’t be a problem. Depending on skill and difficulty level, and of course, how many strangers you want to have around during your hike, be sure to check out trails in advance. What is more romantic than a waterfall? It’s a great excuse to stop, look, and with the noise of the falls she won’t hear the ring box open as you completely take her by surprise. There are about 200 falls located in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park but these are our favorites: Roaring Fork, Laurel Falls, and Ramsey Cascades.
Maybe you want to pop the question while sampling some of the area’s finest libations. Head on out to a winery, brewery, or distillery and have a great time trying new things together.
